Sweet Chili Lime Chicken (serves 2) By: @dollyessfit
2 boneless chicken thighs or breast
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lime zest
1 tsp coconut sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 juice from lime
1 tsp olive oil
1. Mix chili, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic, lime zest, coconut sugar, salt & pepper together in a bowl.
2. Rub chicken with olive oil and a squeeze of lime juice. Then rub spices all over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Place chicken on foil lined baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 30-45 minutes depending on thickness of chicken and until juices are clear.
